As Junior Recruitment Consultant you don’t need recruitment experience, your application will be considered if you display exceptional client service/sales skills, if you are target driven and have the willingness to learn and be moulded into a top performing consultant.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales related experience
- HR/Marketing related tertiary qualification beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with different types of personalities
- Target driven and goal orientated
- Computer literate
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Well-groomed and professional
- Research, network and build relationships with relevant industry leaders, organizations and educational facilities
- Business Development
- Active sourcing, interviewing, priming, debriefing, reference checking, closing techniques, salaries, fee negotiation, planning and prioritizing.
- Ensure that all aspects of the recruitment and selection process are effectively managed
- Identify best recruitment practices and placements for the relevant field
- Meet set targets and KPI
